I spotted this young female grey wolf earlier this year whilst she was making her way along a beach at low tide here on the BC coast. She was quite a pretty wolf and was alert yet curious to every sound and movement both from our boat close to shore and in the forest behind her. I followed her for a while then left her to continue her journey undisturbed. Sadly wolves in BC continue to be much maligned and wrongly condemned by a government who persists in allowing their unnecessary persecution, whilst allowing themselves to be manipulated by bias and misinformation.
