Today’s Friday Flashback is from June 27th 2016 and is entitled ‘Taking The Easy Road’. Another pretty special location I haven’t had the opportunity to revisit as of yet, but Yellowstone NP is certainly worth a visit at least once if you ever get the chance.
Original Text: “As many people will know, trudging through deep snow and ice all day can be hard work and it is no different for wildlife out looking for hard to find winter food. So just like us, they will often take the easy route and to my surprise, that’s what this Coyote was doing when I came across her walking past parked cars in Yellowstone National Park back in February. Although taking the easy road is often the quickest way for them to get from A to B, it is not always the safest and they know it too. After a short while she crossed the road and disappeared over a nearby ridge, hopefully a little bit safer away from people and all their vehicles.“
