Original Text: “At a show recently, a lady asked me if I could feature more spirit bears and asked me if this shot had ever been featured here on the Steve Williamson Photography Blog and I was surprised to find it hadn’t. This early fall shot of a spirit bear tracking along a river in the Great Bear Rainforest, here on the BC coast, was taken a couple of years back and has been available as a limited edition print for sometime, but was never published here on the blog or even in the ‘Spirit Bear Gallery‘ , until now. Personally I like how the bear looks so intent in his search – just yearning for the salmon to show up.“
