Here’s another shot of our playful character from the ‘Heading for a Swim 2‘ post a couple of weeks back – seen here shortly after his swim across one of the channels in the Khutzeymateen estuary. Upon hitting a grassy knoll on the other side of the channel, he ran up the bank and loped through the sedge, making straight for a Pacific Crabapple tree for a good rub down and scratch. He was only stood there for a minute, but he seemed to enjoy leaving his calling card scent to let all the others know he was around.
