Whenever grizzly bear moms are out fishing with their new cubs it is always a chase between the youngsters as to who can get to mum first. Sometimes, mum takes off for the riverbank pretty quickly herself so that she can at least get a quick bite from her prize catch before the squabbling hoard of snapping cubs arrive and start demanding every morsel for themselves. It’s always fun to watch and occasionally the odd fight breaks out, see Fish Fight, but somehow, mom just manages to get the division of food just right for her cubs before she heads back into the water to try her luck again.
