Here is a shot of a female grizzly bear looking very regal and statuesque as she poses on top of a large plinth like boulder – for a moment in this pose, she could almost be mistaken as a guardian to a national park entrance. Taken back in June on the BC coast, this female is well known to bear watchers and had her two new cubs of the year in tow with her too. More grizzlies can be seen in the grizzlies gallery.
